Have anyone had lasik eye surgery? If so how is it an what are the side affect?

I have and I love it! It has been a little over 3 years and still see perfect without glasses or contacts. I was a -10 in one eye and a -10.50 in the other. The most annoying side effect is the dry eye and decrease in night vision but I would still do it again in a heartbeat!

I was considering getting lasik in a few months and was curious to know if some of the stuff I have heard was actually true such as " lasik dont last forever " and " if you have a slightly lazy eye you cant get it done " What do you know? Thanks

People have focused solely on the HgH and Steroids as a "Performance Enhancer" but you never hear people talk about players getting Lasik eye surgery with nearly perfect vision to begin with to enhace their eye sight and swear by it. This is a "performance enhancer" is it not?

A while ago I had a cataract and my Vision is still bad and i need to pass the Vision test in order to get my license so ive been thinking of all my options so would I be able to get lasik eye surgery if I have a intraocular lens (IOL) implant

The surgeon who performed your cataract surgery should have been able to give you an IOL that corrected your distance vision to a point where you shouldn't need glasses. It's important to know if your vision is correctable to 20/20 (or 6/6) or if there's some other pathological reason that you're not seeing well. There are other things that need to be considered as well, such as your corneal thickness. The most important thing is to find an excellent LASIK surgeon.
